The absolute worst moving company I've ever come across! 6 hours late! They damaged furniture, walls, TV and garage door. They expected us to help them as they were too tired. (one of us just had knee surgery). We got a discount but had to fight for it. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

The company contacted me half an hour before due move time to inform me they had a breakdown. Instead of cancelling or arranging an alternative truck they left me hanging- ignoring follow up calls and texts. When I finally got through on an alternative number they hung up on me in response to the question “is there an alternative day or time you could do this?”. They also agreed to refund my deposit via text and never did. Really disappointed in the communication and outcome.

Got the team out to move a 3 bedroom house and a massive storage unit. They sent a bigger truck than I'd ordered which was awesome, and they flew through the stuff we had.Despite the large volume of stuff moved, only one thing got damaged and it's relatively minor; easily repairable. (Bent the metal body of a recliner chair). The speed of which they managed to get into my new house address reversing off of a very busy main road and in was impressive. =) Thanks team have a great new year.
